Movies Music The Arts

“Duality” a short film that will open you up in a BIG way.

‘Duality is a film about a man who is traveling between different universes against his will. Through his experiences and struggle the film looks at the power of choice. The film is made as visual poetry and touches on theories of consciousness, space/time, and quantum physics.’

“Duality” will elevate the thinking process to a whole new level, inviting you to see what has, perhaps never been seen before.

About LA Color Studio:

L.A. Color Studio has been owned and operated by Mr. Emad Asfoury since 1993. Emad is a cinematographer by trade with a bachelor’s  degree in applied arts, 1982.  Mr. Asfoury worked as a news freelance photographer and exhibited at the Geute institute in 1979 long before graduation.  Now, Emad has established a unique vision in which he composes his photographs, polished by years in the dark room as an accomplished black & white gallery printer during his ownership of L.A. Color Lab in the early nineties.  His candid journalistic photography is captured by his talent in anticipating the “decisive moment”, rather than interrupting the action and motorizing the cameras.  As camera operator in film production, Mr. Asfoury brings a modern take on classic film composition, where camera is a witness rather than an obvious participant with unnecessary movements or exploitation of lenses.  So his style integrates camera work into the many layers of film-making that it becomes unnoticed, yet powerful.  See more at http://www.lacolorstudio.com/about/#sthash.EuXp4DJm.dpuf

TheHollywoodTimes.net would like to thank Mr. Emad Asfoury, Mr. Don Most, Mr. Theo Dumont and LA Color Studio for granting us this interview.
